What we don’t collect

We do not create accounts, do not keep a history of your lots, and do
not store the photos you upload. Once your request is processed, the
temporary copy on our server is deleted — usually within seconds.

What happens to your photos during processing

Your photos are sent to one or more third-party AI providers (remove.bg,
PhotoRoom, Google Gemini, or OpenAI, depending on the settings in use)
to remove the background and generate a description. These providers
process the image and return a result to us; we do not control how long
they may retain it on their end — refer to their own privacy policies
for details:

IP address

If automatic language detection is enabled, your IP address is used
once, in real time, to guess your country and pick a matching language
for the description. It is not logged or stored anywhere.

Cookies

We use a small amount of local browser storage (not sent to our
server) to remember your chosen interface language between visits.
